Online banking and App
Use our online banking or banking app- manage your account online at https://leeds.cuaccount.com/login/ or on our new app- Full instructions for setting up the App can be viewed here.
On both of these options you will be able to transfer funds to an external bank account.
Cash Perks System
Take advantage of our new cash perks system where you can access cash from a local cash machine- This new service provides you access to draw out between £10-£500 out of your local cash machine via a one time use pin and does not require a card.
For a transaction fee less than the cost of a taxi you can contact a member of our team by calling 0113 242 3343 and selecting the cash perks option (a table of transaction fees can be viewed at www.leedscreditunion.co.uk/cashperks).
We will then run through security, answer any queries and provide you with a text message with all the instructions to withdraw your money.
As we can only send the text to the mobile number we hold on the system it is vital that you keep your details up to date.
Sign up to an Engage Card
Sign up and you can put money into your Engage account and use your Visa debit card to immediately access cash from an ATM, shop online or instore. Our branch network still remains open but is subject to change at short notice in line with government and local council advice. If you do have to visit a branch please follow all safety advice to protect yourselves and our staff members.
